Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I had a lot of great coaches in my years of playing football. But my best coach came from AAU basketball Mr. Norwood. Before football became my calling basketball was my number one sport. He taught me what it meant to be a leader in my own way. To value doing the little things. Staying after practice working on my game. Once I made the move to football, I kept all the same values.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I would want them to know that I am simply here to help. God has placed us here to do good work on Earth and we all have a part to play. My part is to pass my knowledge of the game I love to the next generation. Life will move on and your son will move on to another trainer someday. But he will remember Mr. Dukes for the rest of his life.

Summary of Coaching Background
Going on my fourth year of coaching kids/teens. Coached football and soccer camps during my off-seasons when I am home. Ranging bf room ages 6-18 years old.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I think the game is 90% mental. Physically they may be gifted already. So my method of improving is rewiring their minds first. Building confidence and then moving on from there.
What does a typical training session look like?
First for me to learn the client it would start with a simple dynamic warm up to see him move around with basic instruction. Also getting him ready for the coming up work. Then moving on to some agility work, now I’m watching his hips, ankles, and feet. Just seeing what he’s good at what he isn’t (because this will tell me what we need to work on). Next would be just some WR drills, this would involve more cones instead of a speed ladder. Then last to end the workout is conditioning. This is the most important because we have to be able to stay on the field at all times as a football player. The drives can be long so being in shape and fit is priority.
