How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help you improve your game by focusing on your specific needs and goals. Whether it's enhancing your hitting technique, refining your pitching skills, or working on your overall game strategy, I tailor my training sessions to help you excel. We'll work together on drills, exercises, and mental approaches to take your game to the next level.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session is a mix of drills, exercises, and game-like scenarios. We usually start with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, then move into skill-specific drills like batting practice, fielding drills, or pitching workouts. We'll also work on strength and conditioning to make sure you're in top shape. To wrap things up, we might do some situational plays or scrimmages to apply what you've learned in a game.
Everything will be tailored to you.
Also will address posture and mobility.
Can add posture&mobility programs.
