Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I learned a lot by reading, studying, and watching lots of videos, but the
most important things I learned on the field in the USA by observing how
they trained while my daughter participated in various Camps: the Gators
Coaches "Steve Jungbluth", "Kristen Murslack" and "Jack Szaranek"; Coach
"Nick Baker" personal coach of the Canadian Olympic athlete "Lisa Flood"
and founder of the Peak Performance Swim Camp, Coach "Gary Hall Senior"
founder of "The Race Club" and Coach "Devin Murphy" Head Coach
Kentucky Aquatics.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
We must all try to exceed our expectations.
There are some things that success is not, it is not fame, money or power.
Success and waking up in the morning so excited about what you have to do that you can't wait to leave the house is working with people who think like you. Success is having contact with the world and giving emotions to others.
It is being able to find a way to unite people who have nothing in common except a dream and going to sleep at night knowing that you have given the best of yourself.
Success is joy, freedom and friendship. Success is love!

What does a typical training session look like?
COACHING IS ART !
Just as in painting and sculpture there is basic technical knowledge, in the Art of Coaching there are well-studied and well-known methods that are widely used. In fact there are no secrets.
Because the painter uses his technical knowledge, although he develops his art from his feelings, inspirations, interpretations, moods, thus obtaining a unique and unrepeatable final result.
In the same way, a coach proposes his training methods, tailoring them to each individual athlete day by day, month by month, year by year, according to precise technical needs, always trying to capture situations, discomforts, enthusiasms, smelling the wind and trying to guess what awaits him around the corner.
Intuitions arise from past experiences, results and sensations, perfecting one's art in an endless evolution; a method that never allows you to use the same solution more than once.
In fact, an artist never paints the same picture twice.
