Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Dr. Tom Amberry is my mentor and coach above coaches. If he said it was true, and if he believed it, he demonstrated it to you. On the court, he was all about focus, focus, more focus, and concentration. I learned the importance of evaluating each shot through Dr. Tom.

How can you help someone improve their game?
First, I identify the students purpose in basketball. Second, we will set goals that are appropriate for the student. I will design a unique training program around what the student wants to achieve, at the level that they want to go to. I will organize some free online sessions with the student so that they learn how to collect their data and are able to perform in their own independent training sessions.
Specialty: Shooting, Rebounding, Reading the Floor, Post Moves, Pick and Roll, Passing, Moving Without the Ball, Footwork, Defense, Ball Handling, Attacking the Rim, Agility

15 minutes of student visualization, prior to beginning each session. Discussion of analysis of the previous workout and over all workouts, and the plan for todays workout. 10 minutes of warmup, including stretching, single hand form shooting, bank and swish shooting. 10 - 15 minutes of free throw shooting, 10 - 15 minutes of 3 point shooting, (Note: Audio and video recording of workouts, takes place in the background for data collection and analysis purposes). 10 - 15 minutes of dribbling or run and shoot drills, players choice.
