This will filter the available coaches based on your preferences, allowing you to browse through those who meet your specific needs. Once you\u2019ve found the coach you\u2019re interested in, scroll down to their profile and click the \u201cMessage Coach\u201d button. After clicking that button, you\u2019ll be prompted to type out your message in the provided text box. Once you\u2019ve composed your message, simply click \u201cSend Message,\u201d and you&#8217;ll be prompted to create an account (it takes less than 1 minute). Once your account is created, your communication will be sent directly to the coach and you&#8217;ll be able to view your inbox. This is an easy and efficient way to initiate contact with any coach that catches your eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If you\u2019re contacting a coach after booking:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you\u2019ve already booked a session with a coach, reaching out is just as simple. Whether you prefer using the Athletes Untapped mobile app or the website, both options work seamlessly. Log into your Athletes Untapped account on either platform, and then navigate to your inbox. In your inbox, you\u2019ll be able to find a list of all your ongoing communications, including any messages with your coach. Look for your coach\u2019s name and select their profile to open up the conversation. From there, you can send them a message about any session-related inquiries or simply follow up on any ongoing communication. It&#8217;s a quick and easy process that keeps all your messages organized in one convenient place, allowing for smooth communication between you and your coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important reminder:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To message or book a coach through Athletes Untapped, you must have a registered account on the platform. Having an account ensures that all communication is secure and tied to your profile, giving you easy access to manage your bookings, payments, and messages. So, make sure you have an active account to fully take advantage of the messaging system, ensuring that you can stay connected with your coach every step of the way.
