We intentionally made this process easy for you since I know coaches have limited time. Follow the steps below and start interacting with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Finish the 1-Page Application (if you haven&#8217;t already)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you found us organically or we recruited you to our platform, all coaches need to fill out the 1-page application. Link here: <a href=\"https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/apply\">https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/apply<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as you&#8217;re done applying, you&#8217;ll be taken to your dashboard where you can begin the onboarding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Complete Your Profile (Be Detailed)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where? Login here: <a href=\"https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login\">https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your profile setup is by far the #1 indicator of success. 20% of AU clients book without ever needing to message a coach, and that only happens when the coach has a phenomenal profile. Serious faces might work on a roster bio, but not for youth coaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please do not to use a selfie with bad image quality&#8230; it just won&#8217;t help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fill Out All Bio Sections<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>One-liner <\/strong>(maximum 80 characters). At a glance, why should clients trust you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good examples we&#8217;ve seen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8221; Ex-NFL player looking to give back through 1v1 coaching &#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8221; Current college basketball player, focusing on shooting &amp; handle work &#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8221; High school baseball coach &#8211; all-around training, flexible schedule &#8220;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elevator Pitch<\/strong> (minimum 160 characters). Good things to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Where you play(ed) and\/or coach(ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your relevant experience &#8211; help clients understand why you&#8217;re the best coach for them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;Get to know me&#8217; section.<\/strong> This is the main spot to separate yourself from other coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Include as much detail as you can. Don&#8217;t use AI to write the entire thing, and fill out every section with the same level of detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like for the best coach you ever had, don&#8217;t just put &#8216;my mom or dad&#8217; &#8211; clients will think: if they can&#8217;t take the time to write a good bio, why would I trust them to be reliable for me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enter Dates\/Times in the Availability Section<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>*** this is just your general availability! It&#8217;s not set in stone. Give clients an idea of when you&#8217;re free (nights, mornings, weekends). Be more generous with this schedule, knowing clients will ultimately send you their preferred training times anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tag Your Training Locations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tag your top 3 training spots. Don&#8217;t have one yet? 99% of AU coaches train outdoors at local parks\/courts\/fields. If you need help researching a reliable spot, ask our support team for help!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Submit &amp; Pass Your Background Check<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where? Do this from the dashboard or &#8216;account&#8217; tab. Login here: <a href=\"https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login\">https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We require all coaches to complete a background check. You&#8217;ll be training young athletes, so we don&#8217;t let anyone go live on the site without it clearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: complete this immediately. The faster this clears, the faster you can start earning. It&#8217;ll be linked on your dashboard until it&#8217;s done and you can also find it under the &#8216;account tab!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Sync Your Payout Method (Stripe) and Set Your $ Rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where? Do this from the &#8216;payments&#8217; tab. Login here: <a href=\"https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login\">https:\/\/athletesuntapped.com\/login<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We use Stripe to pay coaches. You get paid automatically after each completed lesson. To receive payment, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect your Stripe account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify your identity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your payout details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important: if Stripe is not connected, you profile won&#8217;t go live and you cannot get paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same payments tab, set the rates for your four packages: monthly (subscription), ten-pack, three-pack, and single lesson. We highly, highly recommend single lesson should always be the most expensive and monthly recurring the cheapest. This gives your clients a nice incentivize to book longer-term and see their development process through!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Once You\u2019re Fully Onboarded<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing your profile, background check, and Stripe setup, our team will review your account that day for approval! Once approved, you\u2019ll receive an email from our team with steps to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Link your profile in the right places<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share with current clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post on socials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These \u201cquick win\u201d steps help you land your first bookings fast. Do not skip this part. The coaches who take 10 minutes to share their link get their first booking faster and build momentum early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc8 How Coaches Win on Athletes Untapped<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the day, we&#8217;re a marketplace for private sports coaches. Of course there will be competition! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what separates top-performing coaches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Fast Response Times<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents book the coach who replies first. Turn on notifications, respond quickly, and confirm your availability fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 100% Re-Bookings rates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a major green flag if every client decides to book more lessons with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you consistently generate 1 lesson, or 1 booking, per client though &#8211; you&#8217;re either not giving amazing lessons, or you&#8217;re trying to take clients off platform. Both are obviously not good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 5-Star Reviews<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For every new client, remind them to leave a review on your profile. 5-star reviews will help your profile rank better on our platform, be seen higher on Google, and allow other clients to have built-in trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They get emailed after your first lesson to leave a review, but coaches asking in-person always helps!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\ude80 Final Checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before expecting bookings, confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2610 Profile fully completed<br>\u2610 Quality photos uploaded<br>\u2610 Strong bio written<br>\u2610 Background check submitted\/passed<br>\u2610 Stripe connected<br>\u2610 Availability set<br>\u2610 Shared your link per onboarding email<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once that\u2019s done &#8211; you&#8217;re good to go!!
