Yes! Every Athletes Untapped coach offers a subscription package. We all it the monthly option, since it renews once per month and automatically puts four credits onto your account. You can use these credits at any point in time throughout the month with your coach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Auto Renewals:<\/strong> Subscriptions will automatically renew on the original purchase date. For instance, if you purchase on October 1st, it will renew on November 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancellation:<\/strong> If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will take effect at the next renewal date. Refunds are available within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After that period, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but refunds for late cancellations or missed cancellations are not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson Credits:<\/strong> Subscriptions cover one lesson per week for the duration of the subscription. If a lesson doesn\u2019t occur one week, that credit can be used for future lessons. Unused credits can be rescheduled for up to 12 months, after which they will expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Changing Coaches or Transferring Unused Lesson Credits:<\/strong> If you’re not satisfied with your coach or wish to switch skills, you can transfer your subscription to another coach. If you cancel your subscription and have unused credits, those can also be applied to lessons with a different coach. Please contact support for assistance with transfers.
