At Athletes Untapped, we strive to ensure all scheduled training sessions run smoothly. However, if your coach does not show up for a session, we have steps in place to assist you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Take If Your Coach Doesn\u2019t Show Up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Allow a 15-Minute Grace Period<\/strong>
    <\/strong>Coaches may run a few minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances. If your coach has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled session start time, proceed to the next step.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Contact Your Coach<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Use the Athletes Untapped messaging system to reach out to your coach and check on their status. If you\u2019re unsure how to do this, follow our guide on How do I contact a coach?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Report the No-Show to Support<\/strong>
      <\/strong>If you do not receive a response from your coach within a reasonable timeframe, contact Athletes Untapped Support for assistance. We will investigate the situation and work toward a resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      What Happens Next?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Rescheduling the Session<\/strong>
      <\/strong>If your coach was unable to attend due to an emergency, they will offer to reschedule the session at a convenient time for you. If you need help with rescheduling or getting in touch with your coach, contact our support team: community@athletesuntapped.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n
