Coach Ron - He always made practice fun and enjoyable. Even working out was the best because the energy he came with everyday was very contagious.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I’m going to make sessions fun and informative. I’m able to coach all skill levels. I just need commitment!

Summary of Coaching Background
I started coaching football at the age of 25, I started by being a little league, assistant coach at southside Tulsa ravens/Chargers. I was offered a linebacker coach position at Nathan Hale high school in Tulsa in 2021, I’m still in that role.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I feel like I have a God given ability to help athletes develop to reach their full potential. I’m ok with having heating conversations about improving an athlete’s ability to perform.
What does a typical training session look like?
At the very start of the session, we stretch for about 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on where the athlete is at skill wise determines the amount of time we will go through each drill typically each drill will be about 5 to 10 minutes because most sessions will be an hour. I always end my sessions with a cool down stretch to make sure that the athlete has calmed their heart rate down from the workout.
