Athletic Background
Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I have competed in Track & Field for 13 years, and in almost every track event you can think of! I started off my track career in Canada where I was a part of my school team and a club team. At this time in my career, I competed in sprints, distance, long jump, high jump, and shot put. I was named MVP and women athlete of the year. Later in my career at 12 years old, I moved to the United States, specifically Las Vegas. I was on the Nevada Gazelles track team, where I did the heptathlon (7 track events) when I competed with them. I went to Junior Olympics for the heptathlon and was ranked 15th in the country. Along with being on the Nevada Gazelles, I had a private track coach who was helping me with the heptathlon. She made me the best athlete I could be! Then when I got to high school, I competed at Palo Verde High School for 4 years. I was on the varsity team all 4 years and was named MVP. In high school I was a regional champion in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and 400m, then I got 3rd in the 200m. Continuing on after high school, I went to college. I went to Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina for my first year, then transferred to the University of Nevada, Reno. My specialty here competing as a Division 1 athlete was in the 400m hurdles. I competed at conference for 400m hurdles and went to other amazing meets. After all of my experience so far, I know what it takes to be the best at what you do.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I love all of the coaches I have ever had, but Christine Spence was my private track coach and she is an amazing coach! She has so much knowledge of many events, and she is the reason I am where I am today! She taught me how to build confidence and belive in myself.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and parents should know that I am extremely passionate about helping people reach their goals and be successful, as well as I never give up until those set goals are accomplished.

How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help athletes improve their game in track & field by working on their running form, strength, and power. Not only the physical aspect, but the mental part of track including confidence and being positive helps and leads to success.
