Team Basketball Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our competitive basketball coaching in New Jersey will have your team adopting a quick transition game from offense to defense while helping every basketball player develop the fundamentals needed to dominate the opposition. From quickly getting possession on the rebound to immediately transitioning to a fast break opportunity where the defense simply doesn\u2019t have enough time to get into position, every offensive strategy will be practiced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our coaches will help every position player develop better fundamentals while helping the entire team play better defense and offense. From the point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center, drills will improve communication while perfectly setting up picks in the opposing team\u2019s court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each player will go through various dribbling, shooting, rebounding, and passing drills to improve team cohesion. Free throw shooting, three-point shots, and passing accuracy will all be practiced, as will different techniques for boxing out defenders or quickly grabbing rebounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Private Basketball Coaching<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Athletes Untapped also provides private basketball coaching. These private basketball training sessions in NJ are a great opportunity for beginners to learn the game of basketball with their own private coach. Beginners will practice dribbling skills, the importance of adopting the proper stance when shooting, how to dribble and do a layup, and how to pass with accuracy while also learning about the basic rules of basketball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our NJ private basketball coaching is also a great solution for high school or collegiate players wanting to focus on a specific part of their game. Whether it\u2019s running dribbling skills to shake defenders like the time-tested spin move, crossover, or hesitation dribble or combining these with through-the-leg dribble drills against defenders using too wide a stance, our NJ basketball coaches will show you how to shake that defender for clearer shots. Our coaches will also help you improve your shooting accuracy with multiple shooting drills that have you do the same repetitive process until it becomes ingrained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
