A former four-year starting running back at San Diego State University, Brandon played a key role in turning the Aztecs into a winning program. He was a key member of the team that recorded a 9\u20134 season and the school’s first bowl appearance in 13 years, creating a legacy that has lived on for years<\/a>. His college career was so successful that Brandon was signed by the San Diego Chargers as a free agent in 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a neck injury ended his NFL dreams, Brandon channeled his passion into coaching. Some of his goals as a coach include teaching athletes proper form to prevent injuries and enhance performance. A CSCS (certified strength & conditioning specialist), he currently leads the sports performance program at Point Loma High School, helping them rise from a 4\u20136 season to a 10\u20133 record in just one year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandon\u2019s coaching philosophy is simple yet powerful: if an athlete isn\u2019t progressing, the coach isn\u2019t doing his job. In the first session, he begins with a functional movement screening to assess mechanics and movement limitations, then designs customized training programs built around fundamentals, athleticism, and injury prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
